The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The ideal temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can cause permanent damage to the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, which are necessary to maintain the color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; and d) secure the wig in place.

Regarding cleaning and care, the process involves: detangling the hair using a wide-tooth comb; soaking the wig in cold or warm water with shampoo for 1-3 minutes; rinsing with water; drying with a towel; gently shaking the wig to regain its style; and then allowing it to air dry naturally.

It is normal for all wigs to experience some shedding and tangling, especially when worn for the first time. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove the hair from the end to the root. This will prevent the wig fibers from shedding and tangling further. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb the hair using your fingers.

Regarding hairstyles and color, it is important to note that each wig is hand-trimmed, so the final hairstyle may differ slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color of the wig may vary slightly depending on the settings of your personal computer or cell phone monitor. The wig is made of 100% high-temperature fiber and is brand new. It is normal for new long, curly wigs to experience some tangling, especially when worn for the first time. The wig cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a 1-2 cm normal error margin, and the size is adjustable.
