Our wig product is made of a thermostable material called Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber". It can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick, as long as the temperature does not exceed 120 degrees Celsius. Ideally, the suitable temperature range is around 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, it is important to be cautious of high temperatures as they can cause damage to the hair.

Please note that our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because there are no hair squama to maintain the color for a long period of time, and hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

Here are the steps to properly wear the wig: a. Gently comb the wig using a specialized comb (except for curly wigs). b. Secure the wig cap using the buckle. c. Spray wig care solution and style the wig hair according to your preference.

To clean and care for the wig, first straighten it out and then put a little shampoo in cold water. Soak the wig for 5-10 minutes, gently press to wash, and then rinse well with water. After removing excess water with a towel, allow the wig to dry naturally. You can also spray a small amount of care solution.

Please be aware that the actual color of the wig may differ slightly due to factors such as computer monitors, shooting light, camera pixels, and personal understanding of color difference. However, our product is 100% brand new.

If the ponytails are not used properly, clips may become visible. However, this can be easily resolved by sorting out your hair.

The length of the wig is approximately 40cm/16 inches. The wig cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches/51-53cm, with a normal error of 1-2cm. The size of the wig cap is adjustable.
