Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material referred to as "high-temperature resistance fiber." This fiber can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius. The suitable temperature range is generally around 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, it is important to exercise caution when curling or straightening the hair, as exposure to high temperatures can potentially damage the hair.

The wig product we offer cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks a cuticle layer, which is necessary to maintain the color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

When it comes to wearing the wig, the recommended steps are as follows: a) Gently comb the wig using a specialized comb (except for curly wigs); b) Secure the wig cap using the provided buckle; c) Spray the wig with a care solution and style it to your preference.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following process: Straighten out the wig, place it in cold or warm water with shampoo, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, and then dry with a towel, allowing it to air-dry naturally. Finally, apply a care solution to the wig.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. To address this, use professional metal combs to gently comb the hair, starting from the ends rather than combing from top to bottom. This will prevent the wig fibers from shedding and tangling further. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb the hair using your fingers.)

It is important to note that since all wigs are hand-trimmed, the hairstyle may vary slightly between different batches. You can style the wig according to your personal preferences. Additionally, the colors of the wig may appear slightly different depending on the settings of your personal computer or mobile device. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products, but slight variations may occur.

Please be aware that due to the extrusion process during packaging or transport, the wig may require gentle shaking after receiving it to restore its fluffiness and match the appearance shown in the picture.

The wig has an approximate length of 24 inches (60 cm), and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error range of 1-2 cm.

Each package includes a single long, curly full wig.
