It is important to pay attention to the high temperature when curling or straightening the hair, as it can cause damage.

Due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain color for a long time and the inability to wash the hair cream inside the wig cap, our wig product cannot be dyed.

Here are the steps for wearing the wig: comb gently with a specialized comb (except for curly wigs), fix the wig cap with the buckle, and then spray the wig care solution and style the wig to your preference.

When it comes to cleaning and caring for the wig, straighten out the wig, put shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, then let it dry naturally, and finally, spray some care solution.

It's normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. Use professional metal combs to comb the hair off, starting from the tail instead of combing from top to bottom to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it's recommended to comb using fingers.

All wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can style the wig according to your needs. Additionally, colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We do our best to accurately represent colors on all of our products.

Note: Due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be out of shape when received. Don't worry - simply take a minute or two to comb it, or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will look the same as in the picture.
