1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material known as "high-temperature resistance fiber". It can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick under 120 degrees Celsius. Generally, the suitable temperature is around 70-90 degrees Celsius. Please pay attention to high temperature when styling the wig, as it can cause harm to the hair.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing. This is because the hair lacks the necessary structure to retain color for a long period of time, and hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb with a specialized comb (not recommended for curly wigs). b. Secure the wig cap using the buckle. c. Spray wig care solution and style the wig hair as desired.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: First, straighten out the wig. Then, put a little shampoo in cold water and soak the wig for 5-10 minutes. Gently press to wash, rinse well with water, and dry with a towel. After the wig dries naturally, you can spray a little care solution on it.

5. Factors such as computer monitors, shooting light, camera pixels, and personal interpretation of color may cause some color difference at times. Please note that our product is 100% brand new and made from high-temperature fiber.

Please Note: Due to compression during packaging or transport, the wig may be out of shape when you receive it. Don't worry, simply take a minute or two to comb it, or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will look the same as in the picture.
